The purchase receipt email was most likely filtered to a junk/spam or Promotions folder. Do a thorough search through all mail folders, and drag the message back to the primary inbox.
To avoid this issue in the future, add sales@2getheraudio.com to your email contact list, which will allow your email client to let these messages come through as normal.
